Data controller
Reusalia, with its address in Alfafar (Valencia) and contact email reulsalia@gmail.com, is the controller of the data you provide to us through this website.
What data we collect and for what purpose
We only process the data you send us voluntarily, and only through two forms on this website:
- Wholesale purchase form: name, email or phone and the message you write. The purpose is to respond to your request and to be able to contact you about the wholesale purchase of trucks or pallets.
- Discount coupon form (in the catalogue, when you get the discount for your next purchase): name and phone. The purpose is to issue and manage that coupon: to identify you when you redeem it and to check that it is not used twice. Together with the coupon we store the items and the amount of the basket that generated it, because that is what allows us to validate it afterwards.
If you also tick the optional alerts about newly arrived stock box, we will use your phone number to send you news about our catalogue on WhatsApp. This is a separate purpose: you can get the coupon without accepting it, and you can ask us to stop sending you alerts at any time without losing the coupon.
We do not ask for payment details. Orders are closed on WhatsApp and payment is agreed with you directly.
Legal basis
The processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), which you give by ticking the box and submitting the form. We keep the date and the exact text you accepted. Stock alerts have their own box, unticked by default, and their own consent.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as necessary to deal with your request and, after that, for the period required by law. When they are no longer necessary, we delete them.
For the coupon: while it is valid (1 month) and a reasonable time afterwards to resolve any claim about a discount applied. If you ask us to delete your data, the associated coupons are deleted too.
Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties, except where required by law. If in the future we use a form-management or email provider, it will be a data processor offering the safeguards required by the GDPR.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to us at reulsalia@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
