What exactly you are buying
Refurbished does not mean broken
They are Amazon returns: products that someone returned, often without ever using them. Many arrive without their original box and some with a flaw, which is stated on their product page.
1. We buy the whole pallet
Amazon returns in closed pallets, as is: just as the customer returned them.
2. We log every item, one by one
Every item with its code, its product page and its Amazon price next to ours.
3. You take it home with a warranty
We refurbish it before handing it over: we open it, test it and check that it is complete. If it is not in good condition, we don't sell it.
