This website (reusalia.es) is owned by REUSALIA O.E., NIF E13959119, with its address at C/ Castelló 15, 46910 Alfafar (Valencia) – a shop and warehouse where visits are by appointment only – and with the following contact details: WhatsApp and phone +34 604 841 839 and email reulsalia@gmail.com.

Purpose

Reusalia sells refurbished products: surplus stock and returns from large platforms, with a one-year warranty. On this website you can browse the catalogue at the same price we list on Wallapop, buy directly (completing the order on WhatsApp or paying on the website) or book an appointment to buy at the Alfafar shop. We also offer closed lots for businesses and wholesale purchases.

Terms of purchase on the website

• Prices. All prices are shown in euros and are final prices, taxes included. The price of each item is the one shown on its product page at the time of purchase, and the condition (like new, with a flaw or for parts) is stated on the product page itself.
• Payment methods. Bank transfer or Bizum when closing the order on WhatsApp, and payment by card (Visa, Mastercard) or Bizum through the secure payment gateway of the Redsys Virtual POS (BBVA): card details are entered on the bank's page, never on this website, with strong authentication (3D Secure). • Shipping. Orders within Spain are sent by Correos and arrive in 5-7 working days. These rates and free delivery apply to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. We also ship to mainland Portugal and most European Union countries by Correos, without free delivery: the shipping cost depends on the country and the weight (outside Portugal, up to 2 kg), is shown before payment, and the order arrives in 5-8 working days in Portugal and in 7-12 elsewhere. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, outside the European Union or heavier orders, transport is quoted on WhatsApp. Shipping costs by band, according to the total weight of the order: €5 up to 1 kg · €6 up to 3 kg · €7 up to 5 kg · €10 up to 10 kg · €12.50 up to 15 kg · €15 up to 20 kg · €17.50 up to 25 kg · €22.50 up to 30 kg. Free delivery on orders from €70, provided the order does not exceed 15 kg. Orders over 30 kg are collected from the shop or sent by a carrier quoted on WhatsApp.
• Collection from a Correos post office. Same price, delivery time and conditions as home delivery: we send it by Correos to the post office of your choice and you collect it there. Only within Spain.
• Collection from our shop. Free of charge, at C/ Castelló 15, Alfafar (800 m from IKEA), always by appointment: book it on WhatsApp at +34 604 841 839.
• Order confirmation. When you pay on the website you will see an on-screen confirmation with the payment reference and the order number; the order is reserved in your name and we message you on WhatsApp when it is dispatched or to arrange collection.
• Returns and warranty. For distance purchases you have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase; for in-shop purchases, 15 calendar days from purchase; and everything we sell comes with a one-year warranty. How to do it, what is refunded and within what period is set out in Warranty and returns. Closed lots for professionals have their own terms, stated on each lot's page.
• Invoice. Every purchase comes with its simplified invoice. If you need a full invoice with your tax details, say so when you buy or request it on WhatsApp.

The content of this website (texts, design and its own graphic elements) belongs to Reusalia. The third-party trademarks mentioned (for example Amazon, Wallapop, eBay, Apple, Samsung or DJI) belong to their respective owners; Reusalia is not an official distributor of them nor affiliated with them, and only mentions them descriptively to identify the genuine products it resells.

Liability

We strive to keep the information correct and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors. The price, condition and availability of each product are those shown on its product page at the time of purchase; the Amazon prices shown for reference are collected automatically from amazon.es on the date indicated on each product page and may vary.

Data protection

The data you give us for an order (name, phone, email and delivery address) are used only to process it. Full details are in the privacy policy.
