How we prepare every lot, from our warehouse to your business →
How to read a list, which lot to choose for where you sell and how to buy, written by people who sell returns daily.
Items that customers returned to Amazon, which Amazon clears by the truckload in auctions for businesses. We have been buying those trucks since 2023 (more than 50,000 items) and sell them as pallets and boxes.
Yes. Every lot shows the full item list, item by item, with its Amazon value and a link to its product page, and you can download it as Excel or CSV. These are unchecked returns: some items may be broken, used, without box or incomplete, and the list is indicative.
By card or Bizum from each lot's page, on the secure BBVA (Redsys) gateway, or on WhatsApp if you prefer. Prices exclude VAT: 21 % is added at checkout. If you need an invoice, we issue it.
Free pick-up in Alfafar (Valencia, Spain). Delivery in 5-7 working days within mainland Spain: €25.00 + VAT per box and €80.00 + VAT per pallet, added at checkout. Build a pallet with 6 boxes and we take 5 % off the boxes, 10 % with 8; 6 to 8 boxes ship as one pallet. Other destinations (Balearic or Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or outside Spain): quoted on WhatsApp.
Yes, within 48 h of delivery if the seal is intact; shipping both ways is paid by the buyer. Sold as is, with no warranty, by complete pallets and boxes.
Yes. Item by item, in our catalogue; full trucks or volume, on WhatsApp.
In auctions for businesses, by the full truckload and pallet. Whoever buys those trucks, like us, then sells them in smaller lots: here, pallets and boxes with their item list.
It depends on what is on it. Every lot shows its Amazon value and the % of that value you pay: today, between 17 % and 23 %.
What its item list says: every lot shows, item by item, what it contains and its Amazon value. Right now there are lots of home, motoring, kitchen and homeware and kids. These are unchecked returns: some items may be broken, used, without box or incomplete.
