We buy Amazon returns in closed pallets and turn them, item by item, into products with a warranty, cheaper than buying new. Since 2023, in Valencia.
What we do
We industrialise the resale of returns
A returns pallet tells you what is on it, but not what condition it is in. Assessing it item by item costs more than the pallet is worth, which is why almost everything is resold in bulk or ends up as waste. We do it with our own system, and every item is sold again with a one-year warranty.
Every item, its own page
On arrival, each item is logged with its code, its photos, its product page and its price against Amazon, without typing it in by hand.
We sell it where it is worth most
On our website, on Wallapop or in the shop by appointment, always with a warranty; and for resellers, in Amazon returns lots with their item list.
Our story
Since 2023, and we have not stopped since.
We started in 2023, in Valencia, with a simple idea: a returned product in perfect condition should not be sold as if it were new, nor thrown away as if it were useless.
On 29 October 2024 the DANA floods swept away our warehouse. With the support of Alcem-se, the initiative by Juan Roig and Marina de Empresas for affected businesses, we reopened on 1 January 2025, and this time doing things better.
In 2026 we took the leap: we built our own system for the warehouse, pricing and sales, and opened two channels of our own, the lots shop for resellers and card payment on our website.
Resilience is not avoiding failure, but what you build afterwards.
