How to buy a lot of Amazon returns at Reusalia, step by step
Buying a lot on reusalia.es/lotes takes a few minutes. We walk you through every step, from choosing the lot to having it in your storeroom.
1. Choose your lot
All the lots for sale are on reusalia.es/lotes. You can view only pallets or only boxes, go into a category (motoring, home, kids, kitchen and homeware…), or move the budget slider to see the lots that fit what you want to invest. Every lot shows its photos, how many items it holds, its Amazon value and what you pay. If it is your first time, your first lot tells you where to start, and which lot to choose for where you sell has ideas for each channel.
2. Check the item list
Open the lot to see the item list or download it as Excel, CSV or PDF. If it is your first time, how to read a lot's item list will help. And if you have any questions, ask us on WhatsApp before you buy.
3. Choose collection or delivery
- Collection from our warehouse in Valencia, free of charge: we will message you to arrange a time.
- Delivery to your address in 5-7 working days within mainland Spain, with the shipping cost of each box or pallet set in advance. For other destinations, ask us.
4. Pay by card or Bizum
Enter your name or your company's name, your tax ID / VAT number (NIF/CIF in Spain) for the invoice, a phone number and an email. Lot prices exclude VAT: VAT and shipping are added at checkout, so you see the total before confirming. Payment is made on BBVA's secure gateway, by card or Bizum. If you are taking several boxes, put them together in the basket: 6 to 8 boxes ship as a single pallet and get a discount.
5. We get it ready
Once you pay, the lot is reserved for you and nobody else can buy it. We get in touch with you to arrange collection or delivery, and you receive your invoice.
6. If you change your mind
You have 48 hours from delivery to return it, as long as the seal is intact; shipping both ways is at your expense. Lots are sold as is, just as they arrive from Amazon, and with no warranty, as complete boxes and pallets.
